Anita Haugabrook, MD
Internal Medicine · Medical Director
Dr. Haugabrook is an Internal Medicine physician with 30 years of experience in both outpatient and hospital settings. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology/Pre-Med and completed medical school at Morehouse School of Medicine, graduating with honors and being inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her Internal Medicine & Pediatrics residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, then practiced Med-Peds in Georgia before transitioning to hospitalist medicine for the past 18 years. Now returning to outpatient care with a focus on prevention, she helps patients achieve long-term health through education, lifestyle changes, and proactive measures. She also serves as a Physician with the Piedmont Clinical Integration Network.
Holly Norris, NP
Internal Medicine
Holly is a Nurse Practitioner from Macon, Georgia, committed to providing compassionate, holistic care. She earned her BSN from Wesleyan College and her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Columbus State University, and is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. With six years as a nurse and one year as an NP, her clinical background spans family medicine, urgent care, orthopedics, and pediatrics. Holly strives to care for the whole person, helping patients build healthier habits and guiding them toward a better quality of life. She keeps God at the center of everything she does.
Maggie Damon, NP
Internal Medicine
Maggie is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in family practice, urgent care, and mental health. She has served Middle Georgia patients for three years as a Registered Nurse, specializing in adult oncology, case management, and remote patient monitoring. Originally from Bloomington, Illinois, she now lives in Cary, North Carolina with her husband and son, with a baby girl on the way. She loves family time, travel, reading, and the outdoors.
